Immigration law provides for roughly 50 different reasons an immigrant may be found inadmissable to legally enter into the United States. To combat this problem for future lawful residents and citizens of America the law provides that a waiver may be able to offer relief. Not all immigration violations are waivable but many can be depending on the circumstances.
Because of various reasons and the complexity of the law, waivers of inadmissability are common occurence in immigration processing. Until several years ago, waivers were generally easily grantable depending on the location the immigrant was processing. Now, generally, a waiver and its supplement package will take at least 30 hours to adequately prepare a waiver. At Feltman Law Firm some waivers have more than doubled the 40 hour mark.
Mr. Feltman has experienced very good sucess in his prepared waiver packages. Waivers require a good deal of patience and tenacity by both the attorney, his staff, and most importantly the client. Producing a high quality waiver is a team effort and requires a group of various skills. A key factor Mr. Feltman believes in preparing the waiver package is communicating the hardship in a manner that the government officer will understand and relate with. Today Mr. Feltman receives consistent praise from his clients for preparing winning waivers. His writing and communication skills were demonstrated prior to becoming an attorney with his writing awards in law school, and various high marks in college.
Family unity is of utmost importance to those employed at Feltman Law Firm and many times an approved waiver will be the final key to that goal. Let Mr. Feltman and his team help you reunite with those loved ones in America.
Immigration laws are very complex. Waivers provide a remedy for about half of the common immigration violations. The most common immigration violations include unlawful presence, re-entry violations, misrepresentations, criminal acts, and visa overstay. Other violations may include public charge, medical problems, or prior visa abuse.

Expenses
As mentioned above roughly 30 - 70 hours are spent on a waiver package at Feltman Law Firm. Because the labor is very intensive in preparing these waiver packages the cost is higher. Michael Feltman places high importance on family unity and understands that many families cannot afford to pay for a waiver package. Current costs are listed below. In an effort to assist those families with financial difficulties he will prepare a reduced fee waiver, of same quality as the regular priced waiver package, for those who qualify.
Current prices are as follows:
Regular Priced Waiver Package: $2,500.00
Reduced Fee Waiver Package: $750.00
These are base costs and do not include the waiver fee paid to the government nor other fees sometimes associated with preparing the packages such as mailing costs and special copy fees for color photos. These fees are charged "at-cost" of Feltman Law Firm to the client. Currently, Feltman Law Firm is accepting one reduced fee waiver package a month.
